The Democratic National Committee’s Rules & Bylaws Committee will meet on July 30-31, starting Tuesday at 9 am-ish, at the Washington Court Hotel (525 New Jersey Avenue, NW Washington, DC).
RBC will consider two charter/bylaws amendments including one that I am happy to co-sponsor, adding the High School Democrats of America Chair and Vice Chair as voting members of the DNC. The DPVA endorsed this action last year and it is long overdue. We need to recognize that young people are not just they future; they are the present of the party and they merit a seat at the table.
RBC will also continue its process of reviewing State Party 2020 National Democratic Convention Delegate Selection Plans, including revisiting Iowa and Nevada, and considering other state plans including Virginia’s plan. For updates, follow @demrulz

Was Oregon’s DSP discussed/approved/sent back at any of the Rules Committee meetings?
