The Democratic National Committee Rules & Bylaws Committee met in November to adopt the final regulations for the 2012 Democratic National Convention Delegate Selection. The RBC will send out its final package with the regs and draft state delegate section plans and I will post those upon receipt. In the meantime, below is a calendar, and the final convention call and delegate selection rules. We are working in Virginia to schedule our primary and hope to repeat the Potomac Primary (with Md, DC, and/or neighboring states) in the spring of 2012. Stay tuned.
