Here’s a statement the DNC issued after the November 7 elections that provides some detail on the support the DNC provided for state candidates, and the focus on organizing and mobilizing voters with boots on the ground and data and technology (none was used on TV). Thanks especially to Chair Tom Perez, who should be named an honorary Virginian for all the time he spent campaigning here.

I would have thought that a couple of simple rules would be :
1) No candidate for nomination shall receive rights or benefits not available to other candidates.
2) No voter for a nominee shall receive rights or benefits not available to other voters.
