The full DNC meets twice per year, but DNC committees, including the Executive and Rules and Bylaws Committees, and the Association of State Democratic Chairs hold two additional meetings. This weekend (actually starting tomorrow), they are meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. I plan to attend Rules & Bylaws on Saturday and will do a post this weekend.
