Today, we submitted the final version of the Democratic Party of Virginia’s Delegate Selection Plan for the 2012 Democratic National Convention. It is substantially similar to prior plans, but we have re-run the affirmative action numbers, resulting in a higher goal for African-Americans. The DNC Rules & Bylaws Committee will now consider the final plan, which it earlier had given conditional approval.
