In Virginia, a Lt. Governor campaign has a particular problem in that, unlike Maryland, the Governor and Lt. Governor are not elected as one ticket. That means the Lt. Governor candidate must have her own campaign organization, her own volunteers, and, yes, raise her own money. Help Jody Wagner today.
