President Obama in Richmond on Friday – Tickets

President’s Obama is giving a speech on Friday at the University of Richmond. Doors open at 8:30 AM. Here is the Public Ticket Distribution Information: The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are required and will be available at the Modlin Center, University of Richmond, 28 Westhampton Way, Richmond VA 23173, from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011. Tickets will be limited and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Don’t worry – President Obama will be speaking at other places on Virginia over the next year!

I wish there were other ways to obtain tickets to see the President. Our state is large and a lot of people are not as fortunate as others to be at the University of Richmond for two days.

Also, it would have been nice and fair, to spread the tickets through out the State.
