The DNC Rules and Bylaws Committee will meet and continue drafting the 2012 Delegate Selection Rules. The RBC will consider the fate of superdelegates and sanctions for calendar violations, as well as other issues. (See the posts re the May 2010 meeting below). The RBC will meet on Friday July 9, at 1 pm, and resume on Saturday, July 10, at 9:30 am. The meetings will be held at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill at 400 New Jersey Ave. N.W., Washington, DC. I plan to attend and post from the meeting.
